Broccoli Bacon Salad image

I just made this salad for a bbq and everyone emptied the bowl , its a very delicious salad. I had to make sure I took this picture before I let anyone dive in hahaha.

Number Of Ingredients 10

4 c broccoli florets
1 pkg real bacon bits
1 medium carrot , chopped
1/2 medium red onion , chopped
3/4 c golden raisins
1 1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1 c sunflower seeds

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl combine broccoli , carrots , onion , raisins , bacon bits together.
  • 2. In a small bowl blend the mayonnaise , vinegar , sugar together until smooth ; pour over the broccoli mixture and mix until all broccoli is coated ; chill.
