Steps:
- Cut the broccoli into florets, cook in boiling water until tender, refresh under cold water and drain well Melt the butter in a small frying pan, add the onion and cook over a low heat until soft but not coloured Place the drained broccoli,cooked onion and ricotta in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the salt, wasabi and lemon juice. Blend until well mixed, then check the seasoning. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
