Number Of Ingredients 8

1/4 cup chopped onions
3 Tbsp. butter, divided
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 pkg. (200 g) Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
1 pkg. (750 g) frozen broccoli spears, thawed, drained
1 can (12 fl oz/341 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup crushed Ritz Crackers, divided

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Cook and stir onions in 2 Tbsp. of the butter in medium saucepan on medium heat 1 min. Stir in flour; cook 1 min., stirring frequently. Gradually add milk, stirring with wire whisk until well blended. Cook 10 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese; cook until melted, stirring frequently. Add broccoli, corn and 1/4 cup of the cracker crumbs; mix well.
  • SPOON into 13x9-inch baking dish. Melt remaining 1 Tbsp. butter; mix with remaining 1/4 cup cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over ingredients in baking dish.
  • BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.
