How to make Broadmoor Tavern Horseradish Crusted Prime Rib

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon course black pepper
3 cups dry bread crumbs
1 1/4 cup salad oil

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix well.
  • Rub trimmed prime rib with crust. Place prime rib on a wire rack in a roasting pan. Roast in oven at 325 F to 350 F, until prime rib reaches an internal temperature of 125 F, about 18 to 20 minutes per pound.
  • Allow to rest 15 minutes prior to slicing.
