Steps:
- Brown, drain and cool sausage. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add milk, salt, mustard, bread & yolks. Fold in cheese and sausage.
- Pour into 9 x 12 dish. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
- Bake uncovered 350°F for 45 minutes. Let set 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
