1/2 cup Original Bisquick®
12 saltine crackers, crushed (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
8 pork loin chops, boneless 1/2 inch thick (about 2 pounds)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix Bisquick, cracker crumbs, seasoned salt and pepper. Mix egg and water.2. Dip pork into egg mixture, then coat with Bisquick mixture.3. Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray heat over medium-high heat.
