1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Steps:

  • Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Set to sweet or basic cycle. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
