Brandy Cheese Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 4

8 ounces Gouda cheese, shredded
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
3 tablespoons brandy

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine the Gouda, sour cream, cream cheese and brandy in a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
