Bran Muffins image

Very moist and delicious muffins. My husband could eat these every single day if I made them often enough.

Yield 15-16 muffins

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup all-bran cereal
1 cup sour cream
1 cup flour, rounded
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients altogether.
  • Spoon into muffin tins.
  • I use the paper muffin cups to make clean up easier.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees until light brown.
