Steps:
- 1.Cut the salmon into 1" squares. Heat the olive oil in a 12" nonstick pan over medium-high heat & add the salmon cubes & ginger. 2. Sear together for approx. (1) minute, then pour the mirin, soy sauce & vodka over the salmon. 3. Turn the heat to medium & cook for another 3 minutes, until the fish turns pale. Add butter & turn off heat. 4. Spoon the salmon onto a serving plate & top with the scallion & cilantro. (4) Servings
