BOURBON PECAN COOKIES
Steps:
- 1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add ground pecans, yolk, salt, vanilla and bourbon until thoroughly mixed. 3. Add flour until just combined. 4. Shape dough in 2.5" thick log and chill. 5. Cut into 1/4" slices. Brush with egg wash and bake at 350 until golden.
