Bourbon Maple Glazed Ham image

This is one of my family's favorite holiday meats. I love to make this for any special dinner party. I hope you love this as much as my family and friends. Serve this up for Easter. Happy Cooking! Sharing Sherri sw:)

Number Of Ingredients 8

8-10 lb ham, fully cooked spiral-cut, bone-in
1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c dijon mustard
1 tsp cloves, ground
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 large orange, zest
1/4 c maple syrup
1/4 c bourbon

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put a cup of water in the bottom section of a large broiler pan. Add rack and place ham, meat side down.
  • 2. Combine ingredients 2-8. Mix well. Brush half of the mixture all over ham. Loosley cover ham with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes. Brush the remaining mixture all over ham and bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees and the ham has caramelized.
