Time 1h20m

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 sugar free pillsbury moist supreme devil's food cake mix with splenda
1 1.3 ounce box of jello brand sugar free fat free chocolate pudding
1 cup nonfat sour cream
1/2 cup applesauce (or 1/2 cup oil)
1/2 cup water
4 eggs
1 cup (8 ounces) of jumbo chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. PREHEAT THE OVEN: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  • 2. MAKE THE CAKE: Combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in the mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer or a stand model mixer. Beat on medium speed for 10 minutes, then add the chips and beat one minute more. Pour into the bundt pan.
  • 3. BAKE THE CAKE: Bake in the 350 oven for 60 minutes. If you used oil instead of applesauce, bake ten minutes more. Cool completely in the pan before removing.
  • 4. TO SERVE: You may dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with your favorite glaze. Or serve it plain. Enjoy!
  • 5. VANILLA GLAZE: 1/3 cup butter 2 cups powdered sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla 2 to 4 tablespoons hot water. Melt the butter in a sauce pan, add the powdered sugar and the vanilla. Add the water a little at a time until it is smooth and thick and will pour. There is enough glaze for a 12 inch bundt cake like my picture.
