Bongo Bongo Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 packages spinach
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces light mayonnaise
1 packages dry ranch mix
0.25 cups shredded cheese
1 units water chestnuts
1 units cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook spinach and completely drain ALL water (you may want to actually squeeze the water out with your hands)!
  • In an oven safe casserole dish mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, dry ranch mix, shredded cheese, and drained spinach. (Add the water chestnuts if you desire).
  • Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes (or until completely heated). Take out and top with additional cheese, return to oven until cheese is melted.
