BONELESS BUFFALO BITES image

My kids love buffalo wings, but I hate the mess they make w their hands after eating them. These bite size boneless wings eliminated the messy hands and faces! The recipe isnt exact science. Just a few ingredients. No measuring is really needed. Just enough hot sauce and breaded needed to coat the chicken and into the fryer it...

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 boneless chicken breast
1 12oz bottle franks hot sauce
2 c house autry chicken breader
1/2 c buttermilk (optional for milder flavor)
2 clove grated garlic (or a little garlic powder)
1 bottle veggie or peanut oil (for frying)

Steps:

  • 1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces
  • 2. Add hot sauce and garlic to chicken, making sure all pieces are coated.
  • 3. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for a couple of hours (*can be cooked immediately but tastes much better and are more tender and juicy if marinated for a few hours)
  • 4. Coat chicken thoroughly w chicken breader
  • 5. Deep fry chicken until golden brown and cook throughout.
