Steps:
- 1. Mix together all 9 Beau Monde Seasoning spices and place in a small jar or zipper bag. (I couldn't find ground bay leaves so I used my blender to grind up 2 bay leaves.)
- 2. Combine soy sauce, onion, and garlic in the container of an electric blender. Cover and process at high speed for about 1 min. or until the mixture is very smooth.
- 3. Stir in gravy coloring.
- 4. Stir in Beau Monde seasoning.
- 5. Arrange the meat in a shallow baking dish. (I prefer to use gallon zipper bags.) Pour 1/2 c marinade over top, for each piece of meat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
- 6. Allow to stand at room temperature for 2 hours before grilling. On your favorite grill, slightly oil, then place the meat on top and cook to your desired preference.
