Steps:
- Chop Bok Choy and Scallions. Cover with a damp paper towel and refrigerate Preparing the "Crunch" Melt Butter and add the almonds, sesame seed and Ramen that have been crunched in the package Saute until lightly browned. Drain on paper towel. Cool,put in a plastic bag and refrigerate. Dressing: Combine the 4 ingredients in a jar and shake well. Refrigerate Just before serving, place Bok Choy & Scallions in a large bowl. Add the "crunchies". Top with dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediatley.
