Steps:
- Combine peaches, peach nectar, sugar, fruit concentrate, and 3 raspberries in processor; blend until smooth. Strain fruit puree into bowl, stirring to extract as much liquid as possible. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill.) Pour 1/3 cup fruit puree into each of 8 Champagne flutes. Fill flutes with Champagne; stir gently.
