1 1/2 cups thawed frozen sliced peaches
1 cup peach nectar
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup frozen orange-peach-mango concentrate, thawed
3 frozen or fresh raspberries
2 750-ml bottles chilled Champagne

Steps:

  • Combine peaches, peach nectar, sugar, fruit concentrate, and 3 raspberries in processor; blend until smooth. Strain fruit puree into bowl, stirring to extract as much liquid as possible. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill.) Pour 1/3 cup fruit puree into each of 8 Champagne flutes. Fill flutes with Champagne; stir gently.
