4 cups blueberries
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup flour
1/2 lemon, juice of
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk

Steps:

  • Mix flour and sugar with washed berries.
  • Place in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
  • Cut in the butter.
  • Add milk and stir to blend.
  • Spoon over berries.
  • Bake 425°F for 20 minutes.
  • Serve warm with cream.
