Blueberry Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 6

Prepared and cooked Pie Crust
4 cups blueberries, divided
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon water
Juice of 1/2 lemon (approximately 2 - 3 Tablespoons)

Steps:

  • Prepare pie crust as needed. Make sure it's baked but empty. In a saucepan combine 2 cups blueberries, sugar, flour & water. Bring to a boil and stir continually until thickened. Remove from heat and add lemon juice, stir well. Fold in 2 cups of fresh blueberries and pour into prepared crust. Allow to cool to room temperature. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
