Blueberry Crunch image

This is my own recipe. There are many others by this name, but everyone who eats mine says, this is the best ever.

BAKED PECAN CRUST
13/4 c self rising flour
1/2 c brown sugar
2 stick butter, melted
2 c finely chopped pecans
CREAM CHEESE FILLING
2-8oz box cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
16-32 oz cool whip (mix according to your taste)
1 lg lb powered sugar
2 can(s) blueberry pie filling

Steps:

  • 1. Melt two sticks of butter in 9x13 casserole dish,add flour,brown sugar and pecans. press smoothly, bake until golden brown allow to cool (completely).
  • 2. Mix Cream cheese, Sour cream cool whip and powered sugar until creamy. pour into cooled baked pecan crust, pour blueberry pie filling evenly over top of mixture. chill and enjoy.
