2 oz aguardiente liqueur, cana manabita brand recommended (or cachaca or rum)
4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz blue curacao
1 oz cream, chilled

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend well.
  • 2. Pour into a curved glass or a wide-bowl wine glass.
