Yield 2 logs

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz crumbled blue cheese (or gorgonzola)
3 Tbs finely chopped onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (or use packaged real bacon bits)
Apple and pear slices
Grapes

Steps:

  • 1. Beat first 5 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until well combined. Cover tightly, and chill at least an hour or until firm enough to handle. (Can chill up to 3 days.) 2. Roll cheese mixture into 2 logs and then roll completely in the bacon bits. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. If chilled, let stand 30 minutes before serving. 3. Serve with apple and pear slices, grapes and crackers. (I like the cracked pepper water table crackers.)
