Steps:
- Fill bread slices with cheese slice. Spread outsides of sandwich with butter; sprinkle evenly with Parmesan.
- Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides. Transfer sandwich to cutting board.
- Toss lettuce with tomatoes and bacon in large bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly.
- Cut sandwich into 16 squares; place over salad.
