Steps:
- Mix first 5 ingredients until blended. Add to shrimp in large bowl; toss until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
- Drain shrimp; discard marinade. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Cool completely. Refrigerate 30 min.
- Cut celery lengthwise in half, then cut each half crosswise into 6 pieces. Thread celery onto 12 small skewers along with remaining ingredients.
