Blissful Banana Pie image

Layer chocolate, fresh bananas and airy pudding in a pecan crumb crust for a delicious banana pie and then chill for blissful perfection. So sweet!

30 vanilla wafers, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
5 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into small pieces
3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows, divided
2 cups milk, divided
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 bananas, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix wafer crumbs, nuts and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 5 min.; cool.
  • Microwave chocolate, 1 cup marshmallows and 1/2 cup milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Pour into crust; refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Meanwhile, cook pudding mix in saucepan as directed on package for pudding, using remaining milk. Pour into large bowl; place plastic wrap directly on surface of pudding. Refrigerate 30 min. or until cooled.
  • Add COOL WHIP and remaining marshmallows to pudding; mix lightly. Arrange bananas evenly over chocolate layer in pie; cover with pudding mixture. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
