Blissful Banana Pie image

Chocolate, fresh bananas and airy pudding studded with mini marshmallows are layered in a pecan crumb crust and chilled to blissful perfection.

Number Of Ingredients 9

30 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
1/2cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
1/3cup butter or margarine, melted
5oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces
3cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows, divided
2cups cold milk, divided
1pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding
1cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 bananas, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 375°F.
  • MIX wafer crumbs, nuts and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 5 min.; cool.
  • MICROWAVE chocolate, 1 cup marshmallows and 1/2 cup milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Pour into crust; refrigerate until ready to use.
  • PREPARE pudding mix in large bowl as directed on package for pudding, using remaining milk. Place plastic wrap directly on surface of pudding; refrigerate 30 min. or until cooled. Gently stir in COOL WHIP and remaining marshmallows. Arrange bananas evenly over chocolate layer; cover with the pudding mixture. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
