BLEU CHEESE DIP image

1 - 8 oz. wedge bleu cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, chopped
1-1/2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. wine vinegar

Steps:

  • Crumble bleu cheese and fold in mayonnaise. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Serve with a variety of fresh raw vegetables.
