BLENDED GOLDEN MOJITO image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lime wedge
1 cup gold (not dark) rum such as Mt Gay
1/2 cup generous fresh lime juice
1/3 cup sugar or light agave nectar
4-5 cups ice cubed
12 fresh mint leaves plus xtra for garnish

Steps:

  • Use lime wedge to moisten rims and dip in sugar Blend rum, lime juice, 1/3 c sugar in blender until sugar dissolves Add 4 c ice, blend until slushy. Add more ice if desired Add 12 mint leaves and blend until small green flecks appear. Garnish with lime and mint
