Blackberry Infused Vodka image

My local grocery store was having a sale on blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. I could not help but pick up a few cartons and then pondered what I would do with them. It struck me instantly that I should place them in mason jars and let the fruit ferment in vodka. Uses: Mix a little with tea. Mix a little with sauces...

2 Tbsp sugar or sugar sub.
vodka

Steps:

  • 1. Wash Mason Jar and blackberries
  • 2. Add blackberries and sugar or sugar substitute into mason jar.
  • 3. Fill with vodka!
  • 4. Seal and place into a dark area of your pantry or cellar.
