My local grocery store was having a sale on blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. I could not help but pick up a few cartons and then pondered what I would do with them. It struck me instantly that I should place them in mason jars and let the fruit ferment in vodka. Uses: Mix a little with tea. Mix a little with sauces...

Steps:
- 1. Wash Mason Jar and blackberries
- 2. Add blackberries and sugar or sugar substitute into mason jar.
- 3. Fill with vodka!
- 4. Seal and place into a dark area of your pantry or cellar.
- 5. Hands off and let ferment for two to three months for intense flavor! If you can't wait that long that's fine too because the drink will have a little flavor after just two weeks!
