Blackberry & Cherry Pie image

I love blackberrys, this pie recipe is so good .

Number Of Ingredients 6

double pie crust
3 c pitted fresh or frozen cherrys
2 c fresh or frozen blackberries
1 3 -ounce package tapioca pudding mix
1 c sugar
3 Tbsp butter or margarine

Steps:

  • 1. Combine cherrys ,blackberries ,pudding mix and suger ;pour into prepared bottom crust and dot top with butter.
  • 2. Top with second crust.Pinch and crimp edge .slash top crust to vent .If desired,brush with cseam and spinkle with sugar befor baking .
  • 3. Bake in 400 oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until crust browns and filling boils.Allow 10 minutes more if using frozen fruit.MAKES 8 SERVINGS
