Blackberry Champagne Cocktail image

Delightfully elegant cocktail perfect for the holidays! This recipe is from mixologist and bar manager, Eben Klemm of Pico, New York's most elegant Portuguese restaurant.

1 tablespoon Chambord raspberry liquor
chilled champagne
1/2 teaspoon blackberry sorbet or 1/2 teaspoon passion fruit sorbet

Steps:

  • Pour the Chambord into a Champagne flute and top with Champagne. Add the sorbet and serve at once.
