Black Raspberry Custard Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 8

small can evap milk
add reg milk to make 2 cups
scald milk (skin over top)
3 eggs
1/2 c sugar
pinch salt
1 tsp flour
9 in pie crust

Steps:

  • Beat eggs, sugar, salt, flour together slowly into hot milk pour into pie crust add raspberries bake at 450 for 8-10 mins then reduce to 325 and bake until custard is set
