9 inches graham cracker crust
1 egg white, beaten
1 cup whipping cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10 ounce) jar black raspberry preserves
1/4 cup fresh black raspberries

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 375.
  • brush pie shells with egg whites and bake for 5 minutes.
  • in a mixing bowl beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • in another bowl, beat cream cheese.
  • add preserves and beat on low.
  • fold in whipping cream and add to pie shell.
  • chill for 4-24 hours.
  • garnish with fresh berries.
