Steps:
- While the beans are cooking: finely chop all of the vegetables and saute in olive oil untill tender and soft. Add the spices, juice and sherry. Turn off the heat, cover and let set untill the beans are tender. Add to the beans and cook for 30 min. or longer uncovered. The intensety of the spices will deminish with prolonged cooking. There should be just a hint of the cocoa, cinnamon and cloves in the aroma and flavor.
