Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Spread beans onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 10 min. or until beans are split and partially dried. (Do not bake until crunchy.) Cool slightly.
- Place beans in large bowl; mash well. Add rice, onions, aioli and egg white; mix well. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add bean patties; cook 4 min. on each side or until heated through and evenly browned on both sides. Top with cheese; cook 1 min. or until melted.
- Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with tomatoes and ketchup. Cover with tops of buns.
