1 can (16 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1 cup chopped ripe mango
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup lime juice
1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

Steps:

  • MIX all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  • SERVE with tortilla chips or grilled chicken.
