This is absolutely the best and easiest pound cake I have ever made. I usually make them 2 at a time. This recipe was given to me by a dear friend, BJ, who is now deceased. We have enjoyed this recipe for years...hope you do too!

Steps:
- 1. Beat all ingredients well with electric mixer. Beat well about 2 minutes or until smooth.
- 2. Pour batter into a bundt pan that has been greased and floured. I use butter and confectioner's sugar to prepare pan.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until lightly browned. Cool in pan 10 minutes on rack. Then turn out onto cake plate and dust with confectioner's sugar.
