Bittersweet Chocolate-Coffee Glaze image

This intensely rich coffee-chocolate glaze is easy to make and makes just about any dessert more special-from cakes and cookies to brownies and ice cream.

1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate (6 oz.)
5 Tbsp. corn syrup
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee

Steps:

  • Microwave ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Cool slightly.
