Big Mama's Biscuits image

How to make Big Mama's Biscuits

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup lard
3/4-1 cup milk
4 tbsp butter

Steps:

  • Preheat 475
  • Mix dry ingredients together,cut in lard,add 3/4 milk and mix,add more milk if needed.
  • Scoop 1/4 cup into greased muffin tins and paint tops with butter.Bake until double in size and golden brown. cool and paint with butter again.Makes 6 biscuits.
