Number Of Ingredients 7

-beef, thin sliced and pounded
-wine
-pimento paste (sweet or hot)
-butter
-coffee
-french fries
-sunny side up egg

Steps:

  • pound out beef between saran wrap. pan sear the beef in a pot pan. remove beef, deglaze pan with wine then add pimento paste and coffee and butter at the end. throw beef back in the sauce. served on top of a pile of potato's and then top the beef with a sunny side up egg.
