Best Pumpkin Cookies Ever! image

These cookies are so moist and delicious! One of my family's favorites, I share this recipe regularly. Enjoy!

Categories     Cookies

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 1/2 c butter or margarine
1 c granulated sugar
2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 c all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 c quick oats
2 c canned pumpkin
1 1/2 c chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. Cream together margarine (or butter), sugar and brown sugar; add eggs and vanilla, beating until fluffy.
  • 2. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • 3. Add dry ingredients and pumpkin alternately to butter/sugar mixture.
  • 4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • 5. Crop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
