Best Grilled Potatoes image

Preparing potatoes on the grill is a convenient and simple way to cook spuds all summer long-especially with this easy, three-step process. Potatoes get scrubbed and pierced, just as you would if you were baking them, covered in coarse salt and grilled for about an hour. Perfectly salted and infused with a deep smoky flavor, these grilled potatoes are the ideal side for any warm-weather meal. Stick to this method, and you'll never need to turn on the oven for crispy, tender taters again!
