Best Gluten free Cake Ever image

O...M...G...!!! This is one of the best cakes I have ever eaten. I eat a gluten free diet and in my search for great tasting gluten free desserts I tried this recipe. It is a black walnut pound cake made with Namaste Foods gluten free flour. The flour is a combination of sweet brown rice flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, sorghum flour, rice milk powder, cream of tartar, xanthan gum, baking soda and salt. This flour combination is a delicious and tummy friendly alternative to self rising flour. Even if you dont eat a gluten free diet or like black walnuts you'll love this cake!!!
