This is a staple for our family gatherings during holidays for breakfast, snacks, and also great to make for potlucks or The Big Game. Easy to whip together, and always goes quickly! I use the hot sausage, but you can substitute one or both packages for the traditional version if you like.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 3. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheets.
- 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- 5. (You can freeze these ahead uncooked. If frozen, thaw for 15 minutes before baking.)
