BEST CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE EVER image

2 c all purpose flour
2 c sugar
3/4 c cocoa, unsweetened
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 c canola oil
3 c grated zucchini
1 c chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • 1. GREASE AND FLOUR 9X13 INCH PAN. SET OVEN TO 350* IN MIXING BOWL ADD FLOUR, SUGAR,COCOA BAK.SODA, BAK.POWDER,SALT AND CINNAMON, MIX WELL
  • 2. ADD EGGS, OIL,VANILLA, STIR ALL TOGETHER WELL. FOLD IN ZUCCHINI AND WALNUTS LAST.
  • 3. BAKE FOR 50-60 MIN. ENJOY!!
  • 4. YOU CAN FROST WITH YOUR FAVORITE CHOCOLATE OR CREAM CHEESE FROSTING, I LIKE IT WITH JUST A SPRINKLING OF POWDERED SUGAR.
