BEER BOILED BEEF RIBS image

Ingredients:
6 pounds of beef ribs
1 can or bottle of beer (your choice of brand)
1 1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 bottle Bullseye BBQ sauce (you can use the type of your choice)
Seperate ribs. Cover in water in a large pot and add beer. Bring to boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
In a 9 x 13 glass baking dish mix brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Rinse ribs and roll in brown sugar mixture, coating evenly.
Place on grill on medium heat until sugar mixture melts from powder to candy-like texture.
Brush with BBQ sauce.
This is one of my favorite recipes and the leftovers are great too.
