Yield 50 balls serves 10

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 pounds ground beef
1 cup ketchup
1 cup beer (full flavor)
4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons vinegar (cider vinegar works well)
3 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • Roll meat into size of walnut. Brown well and drain fat on paper towel. Combine all ingredients into large saucepan. Add balls and simmer for two hours covered. If more juice is desired after one hour, add additional beer.
