When I married my husband this is the one thing he could cook, said it was his mom's go-to recipe. I added here & there and it's now my go to recipe on a busy night. It also freezes wonderfully, so once a month I make 2 or 3 to put in the freezer. Easy to double for an 9x13 pan.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat Oven to 375. Brown the beef in skillet.
- 2. In 8x8 pan mix all ingredients except tator tots. Add tator tots in rows until top is covered completly with tator tots.
- 3. Bake 35-45 minutes, or until the tator tots are browned and casserole is bubbly.
- 4. I serve with Green Tobasco sauce for the adults & ketchup for my daughter. Add a green salad & dinner is served!!
